Holly’s therapeutic approach is rooted in collaboration and empowerment, recognizing that every client brings their own unique story, strengths, and challenges. She tailors her work to align with each individual’s goals and values, fostering a supportive and non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. Holly emphasizes understanding the whole person, considering personality, relationships, life experiences, and family dynamics to craft a path forward that feels authentic and meaningful.
She believes in building a strong foundation of trust through active listening and empathy, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, and strengths-based approaches. Holly helps clients develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges, fostering self-awareness, resilience, and self-compassion across areas such as substance use recovery, disordered eating, career transitions, and relationship dynamics.
Across all areas of her work, Holly’s goal is to help clients reconnect with their inner resources, create balance, and move toward a fulfilling, meaningful life.
